Lucas Miller
Private pilot
Lucas Miller passed his private pilot check ride on November 24, 2025 in C-152 N6596P. His “watershed moment” and desire to earn his pilot license began on Halloween in 2024 when a coworker invited him to tag along and "follow the river" in an airplane after work. He accepted the invitation since, as an engineer, he developed an appreciation for the design of airplanes. “We cruised at 800' above the Hudson against the backdrop of New York City on a clear, moonless night.” Lucas resolved that night to earn his pilot license so that he may one day share that amazing experience with someone else.
It's wonderful to see a young man find something he loves, and excels at, and make it his dream.
