Ace Pilot Training is seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Pilot to lead our growing FAA Part 141 flight training program. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional aviator who is passionate about aviation education, safety, and mentoring the next generation of pilots.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee all flight training operations in accordance with FAA Part 141 regulations.
– Ensure compliance with FAA requirements, company policies, and safety standards.
– Supervise and mentor flight instructors.
– Standardize training procedures and maintain training quality.
– Conduct instructor evaluations and proficiency checks.
– Coordinate with FAA representatives and assist with audits and inspections.
– Manage training records and student progress.
– Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

– FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating (ATP preferred).
– FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate required.
– CFII and/or MEI preferred.
– Meet FAA Part 141 Chief Pilot qualifications.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Previous flight school management or supervisory experience preferred.
– Commitment to professionalism, safety, and customer service.
